About Stealthy

Stealthy is a Windows desktop location-control product for supported iPhone and iPad devices. The legal operator name is pending owner review. These terms must be finalized with that identity and an active contact before a public commercial launch.

Using the product

Use Stealthy on devices you own or are authorized to manage. Follow applicable law and the rules of any third-party service you use. Do not use it to deceive, harm others, gain unauthorized access or evade lawful restrictions.

Supported device versions, Developer Mode, trusted USB connectivity and required Windows software are described on the website. Individual apps may handle developer-simulated locations differently. Stealthy does not promise universal compatibility, anonymity, undetectability or freedom from restrictions imposed by other services.

Trial and account access

The trial provides four hours of full access per eligible device, measured by the access service. It requires no card and does not automatically convert into a subscription. Reinstalling the app does not reset the trial.

Paid access uses email-code authentication and server-verified subscription status. Keep your email account secure. Internet access is required for verification and renewal of short access leases; extended offline use is not supported. Owner access keys, if issued separately, are not a public lifetime plan.

Recurring subscriptions

Weekly is $4.99/week. Monthly is $12.99/month. Yearly is $79.99/year. Prices are in USD. Advanced Routes is included with Monthly and Yearly; the Weekly add-on costs $2/week, for a combined $6.99/week. The final amount and any applicable taxes are displayed in Stripe Checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically at their stated interval until canceled. Adding Advanced Routes to Weekly can generate a prorated charge for the remaining period. Review any payment confirmation before completing the change.

Cancel through Account → Manage billing in Stealthy to prevent future renewals. Cancellation normally leaves access available through the paid period. Failed payments, full refunds and payment disputes can suspend subscription access.

Refunds

Initial subscription purchases have a 7-day refund window. Renewals are normally non-refundable, subject to the exceptions in the Refund Policy and mandatory consumer rights. No prorated refunds are offered for partially used periods unless required by law.

Availability, changes and rights

Features can depend on third-party maps, device software and payment or authentication services. Updates and outages can affect availability. The site describes capabilities rather than guaranteed outcomes.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory rights or remedies under applicable consumer law. Operator-specific governing-law, liability and dispute provisions remain for legal review; no jurisdiction has been invented.
